This error has occurred when trying to upload large image files.
Configuration problem in the Microsoft IIS. The solution is to open the metabase XML which is located in c:\Windows\System32\Inetsrv and find the line "AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed' and change it to '1073741824'. This is 1GB. |

1-The image folder and the database location they both need read/write/delete permissions for the local IUSR and the Worker Process.
2-Parent path should be enabled on IIS
3-Execute permissions should not be enabled. |
